BRIGHTON FILM SCHOOL

Zoë Ball, Norman (Fatboy Slim) Cook and David Courtney help us
The current One Year students were given the project of making a documentary for their second term, and one group has chosen the subject of "Brighton and Music". As these two words go together like Bill and Ben or Cheese and Wine, it was a natural choice, and as Zoë Ball is a former student of the Film School, both she and her husband Norman "Fatboy Slim" Cook were invited to be interviewees. As three is always a better number, another friend of the Film School’s Director Franz von Habsburg, Internationally renowned record producer and composer David Courtney was also interviewed. Student Director Dan Thornton and fellow students Sasha Ram, Galia Matey, Isadora Fitzgerald and Josh Bluth were naturally thrilled to have these names in their documentary which is being shot on 16mm and HDV. Set surely to become another winning film to emerge from the Film School.
