Part-Time Evening Courses

This is a continuation of the original course which we started in 1999 and are convenient for those who are working or studying during the day.  The syllabus is the same as the Day Course, qv

They remain inexpensive and our policy is to continue these so that all may have an opportunity to learn this craft.  It is a simple yet comprehensive course still covering all aspects of motion picture production and groups within the class will be shown how to make a short film, for which equipment is provided, and which will conclude the course which is still to the high standard expected by the Education Committee of The Moving Image Society.

Course Details

Days held:  Tuesdays and Thursdays

Times:  7pm to 10pm

Duration:  Two Evenings a week for 12 weeks

Syllabus:  As per the main Syllabus, but excluding Film Analysis and Stagecraft.

Course Dates and Costs

The next available dates together with the prices will be found at the head of the Application Form.  Whilst lectures are held on these days and times, allowance should also be made for practicals which, by their nature, may need extra time.
