The Brighton Film School

Courses

The Brighton Film School works very closely with the Education Committee of The Moving Image Society (The British Kinematograph, Sound and Television Society), of which the Course Lecturer, Franz von Habsburg FBKS, is a Fellow, and your fees include your first year's student membership of this, the film industry's technical guild.  We also work closely with the Directors' Guild of Great Britain and the Guild of British Camera Technicians so that you will have the very best of industry contacts.

Picture - BAFTA Member Franz (standing right) and Hon Directing Tutor Maurice Stevens (2nd from right) with an Arriflex 16BL (kindly donated by Arri (GB) Ltd) and some advanced students on a location shoot.  Avinash - looking through the viewfinder - is now a successful DP in Mumbai, where he is also our representative in India.

All of our courses are designed to meet Industry needs.  We also have a links page to other film related sites.
