Sharon has three houses: one in Newhaven and two in Brighton. The Newhaven House is close to Newhaven Town rail station which has trains going the "London Road" station in Brighton, situated just a block to the rear of our studio, so is an easy journey. The Hove house has easy bus links.

Room prices vary from £75 for a single to £100 for a double per week and include all bills and wireless internet.

Rooms for the Brighton Houses vary from £75 - £115 a week (depending on size / en-suite). Rent includes Water, TV Licence and Council Tax. Additional costs people will have to find would be for food and travel, gas and electric which is on a meter. The last statement showed Gas costing £1.10 per day and Electric costing £1.81 per day between Dec 07 and Feb 08 which is then shared between everyone in the house.
