Sharon has three houses with Rooms to Rent: one in Newhaven and two in Brighton.

The Newhaven House is close to Newhaven Town rail station which has trains going the "London Road" station in Brighton, which is situated just a block to the rear of our studio, so is an easy journey. It is also easy to travel by bus. Room prices vary from £96 - £115 (depending on size) and includes all the bills and Wireless Internet.

The two Brighton Houses both have easy bus links. One of the Brighton houses is situated between Falmer Train Station and Moulsecomb Train Station. Room prices for the Brighton Houses vary from £85 - £110 a week (depending on size). Rent includes Water, TV Licence, Tax and Wireless Internet.

Additional expenses to be considered at the Brighton houses are the utility meters:

Gas and Electric are extra, and on meters. You need to look to pay about £5 - £7 per week, on top of your rent, for the two utilities together.

Other additional costs people will have to find would be for food and travel at all houses.

"Not sure what is still going to be available and probably best to let them know that you got the information from us as they are all either from replies to an ad placed on Gumtree or ads replied to. If none of these turn anything up for you definitely then check Gumtree. I was able to sort things out pretty fast through them and only placed an ad on there last Thursday and had my accomodation sorted by the Saturday".
